.PL files - how to run?

Good morning,
I'd like to thank you in advance for taking time to read my thread. Hopefully you'll be able to help me.

This is partly a-two-issue thread.
First, as AWStats is not installed and i didn't read anything about installing it is forbidded so i guess i can?

Second, AWStats gave me some .pl files to run.

Perl version

5.8.8

^^ Right from the cPanel.

So, how do i run .pl files?
