Placing ads in PHP-Nuke

I need to know where to put the ads (and how) in php-nuke...what settings to edit so it appears in a good place not breaking any tables, oh and do I use the php ad codes or normal?

I always place the Corporate ad banner code at the very top of the header.php.

In the theme folder were your theme is I'm pritty sure theres a header.php and all I did when I used PHP nuke was paste the ad code in the header.php at the very top on the header.php code.

Will the HTML code work to center it?

I don't know PHP my slef.

Probably not, but I guess Ill put it near the content box otherwise its weird right at the top, it will still be visible without any scrolling.
