Plan change?

Would it be faster if i had an add free account to get it setup?
If so. would it be possible to change my plan to add free cause it seems to be taking a long time to get my email regarding the install of the ad enhanced seems to be taking a long time.

We are currently reviewing the sign up process and as I understand it we are beginning to change things over to a new set up.

If you sign up for an ad-free account then submit a ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com/ for the account to be changed to ad-enhanced.

By the way, I'm wanting to go the other way around. From ad-enhanced to ad-free, lol.

You may have signed up for ad-enhanced but you don't have a hosting account linked to your forum account so it wouldn't have gone through.

Whilst it'd be better to wait for a reply on your ticket I think they would just tell you to sign up again using the ad-free option.
