You don't see how a fuel problem can lead to a crash? Fuel leak / preignition could easily result in engine failure and ultimately a crash..

Well...yes. But wouldn't you at least attempt to land (NOT ON A BUILDING!) while leaking fuel and at least TRY not to fly in the the middle of Manhattan, New York?

You don't have much control of a plane if you have a fuel problem.. it's not like you can steer clear quite easily.. and since he was flying to an airport in New York over Manhattan, he wouldn't have a choice of whether or not he would fly in the middle of Manhattan. In addition to losing altitude rather quickly, it's a damned if you do or damned if you don't situation; either collide into a building, killing you and a few others, or landing in the street and killing even more (pedestrians, drivers, populated residential areas, etc)

lol yup...sorry but i have not much care at all for any yankees player..cuz the yankees every other team hates..not quite sure of the reason for that..but it's a shame that he didn't know what to do in that kind of situation lol i heard the plane was equipped with a parachute for each passenger on that plane, so they could've made it out alive, but who knows...maybe he wanted to commit suicide :dunno:
