Tested and appeared to work properly however about mid way through the video it became choppy and ended in a loop.
Testing again.

Second attempt was a success, had to close a few programs running in the background.

Am I supposed to review how it violates the Youtube TOS under their TOS section 5 heading B? Cause that looks to be part of the suspension you were recently issued. The bigger part was it violating -our- TOS by acting as a proxy, but Youtube definitely doesn't appreciate downloader websites like this one.
Not that I mind them at all, but still.
For my actual review, the thinly-vailed parody of Google's front page, multi-colored text and all, didn't sit well with me, neither did that it was violating the x10hosting TOS. Ignoring all that, you do get points for making it work, but breaking the rules is just that - breaking the rules.
Review topic closed as the original site is no longer accessible, unless we want to review the x10suspended page.
