Please Argent : Can not ftp login and and navigate my website

Dear Service Provider,

First sorry for my poor English. I had buy a domain name(www.noakhalisoft.com) from my country hosting service provider. Now I have already change the DNS Record from my domain admin panel to "NS1.X10HOSTING.COM" and "NS2.X10HOSTING.COM". But I can not see my site and also can not ftp login.
But it is ok when I use my free sub domain instead of my paid domain name. Please help me.

I can see an Index of / page with just a php-info.php file and the cgi-bin directory using your domain name.

Try adding a ?foo to the end of the URL when viewing via your browser. If you have already cleared your browser cache and flushed your computers DNS records, your ISP might be caching old information.
