Please be so kind to unsuspend my account

Dear Support,

On the 22nd of november my account was unsuspended. On this date I have been active, and the suspension was removed.
Today I found out that my account has been suspended again for inactivity!

(26th of november)
Do you have to be active every week?

I cannot find the unsuspend button, could you remove the suspension for me?

Unsuspending; what it might be is if you're not logging into the forums before trying to do the unsuspend, the system might be putting you back into the unsuspension queue right away.

So the easy way is to try and remember to log into the forums once every 14 days (it's 31 for the inactivity requirement, but if you try to do it every 2 weeks and miss one, you're still golden); the alternative is pick up the new Prime Membership which also disables the inactivity timer, among some other benefits: http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/141041-new-prime-membership.html
