Nice layout and icons and everything, however very very very less content. Try to give some incentives to users so they join your site and posts some posts on the forums.
Color scheme was Ok, the logo was a pain to my eyes ( especially the windows logo )
that's all i can say, since you don't have much on my website. Check out my website : www.delon.in
