Please change my account IP

I'm requesting this because my site won't show unless i use a proxy server. While all other accounts hosted with x10 hosting and this forum are accessible without any proxy. Only my site is blocked.

I'm using an ad-enhanced account

user name: morpheus
Site: share.elementfx.com

I'm under cossacks and ad enhanced at the same time is it normal??

Cossacks was an ad-enhanced server, you will be moved to stoli soon as we are consolidating our servers. I don't believe your IP can be changed, because your IP is the server's, and I don't think Corey is up for giving out dedicated IP's.

Ok thanks for the answer, but why my especially my account is timing out account and not others?? I did a lookup here and found that i'm on stoli already but it's showing cossacks on my account info.

So, my question is why especially my account is timing out, and became accessible only with a proxy?? thanks for your kind answers.

Please check http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/13706-x10hosting-services-up-down.html for information about whether your websites servers HTTP server is up or down. This is probably the reason why your site is timing out.

Hi, when i did a look up of my domain share.elementfx.com i found
IP Address : 74.86.133.216

This IP is timing out. and stoli is up right now

note: before the transfer everything was ok

i'll close this thread, i think the problem that stoli is blocked with direct connection from where i live (btw i live in tunisia)

I'll post a new ticket and see if Corey could migrate me to another server.
