MMP1081421 which is the old account that was not restored from the backups as supposedly it was put in the forums and never conveyed through a proper channel.
So the situation is created from your end::
1.Not restoring the account from the backup
2.new account created as directed but still the old account creates a conflict and the resulting errors since more than a month have not been paid heed to.
My site has been down eversince and what has x10 techsupport done to help?
Delete the old account or take measures to resolve this issue rightaway!
