First of all this is in the wrong section this should be in the Upgrades/Downgrades/Changes section http://www.x10hosting.com/forumdisplay.php?f=15

Second of all they do not have to delete your account. All they have to do is just transfer it to a new package. Then when they do all you have to do is put the text link up within 1 week.
