Since removal of such accounts is of least priority it take some days or even couple of months.I hope its clear now.

You can use that domain in any other host you want.Just change the nameservers

On hosting x10hosting.com when trying to add the domain to a new account, I get the message "this domain belongs to a different account x10hosting.com"
and that I do not know ...

If you want to stay at x10hosting, you will have to wait for that account to be terminated to use the domain. If you can't wait, move to another host or use a different domain.
