I am very glad with your service. In fact your x10hosting has saved me from many problems. Thaks alot. But recently my account was suspended due to my inactivity in forums. But i really was not informed earlier regarding this. Please do inform us with an email before suspension. It would be realy helpful to me to cope up with your rules and continue my involvement in utilizing your services.

The TOS clearly states the conditions for suspension. An e-mail notification system will probably never happen - it would be somewhat self-defeating, as the whole point of suspension for inactivity is to weed out users uninterested in participating in the community.
