Hi,
Please enable access to my account to login from multiple IP Addresses because I'm now a user on the go. My account is registered at home, I'm staying with other family and I need to also access my account from my mobile.

Thanks!

AS far as I know, Only the Same country as your registration is allowed to access your account. With the Exception of some users abusing the Internet Service Provider to access the x10hosting that will lead to a temporary block as it happen to me so I change temporary my ISP.

I’ve had a situation in the past where my account was permanently deleted because I’ve logged in at a family member’s house and not my home where I registered my account. I was told (not sure if it was here or through support or the Terms/Policies) that I’m only allowed to access my account using one IP Address (the registered one) and anything outside of it is considered abuse and will result in a permeant account closure.

I just logged in at the family member’s house I’ve been staying at so now I’m scared I’m going to get my account permanently deleted...

I’ve contacted support and they only responded like “it looks like you’re using a VPN, please don’t use a VPN or Proxy.” I’ve never used a VPN or proxy, I don’t want to lose my account and my website because I can no longer access my home IP Address to often.

I was told long ago they needed to enable this feature for us — so, I don’t understand why they’re acting like they can’t?

check your family ip address first, your are safe if is a dynamic or static ip and ask them if someone using x10hosting. if it is CGNAT check here for details http://www.remoterig.com/wp/?page_id=3494 as this is a problem because it is shared ip across to all customer.
I watch all my IP Address Data every time I connect to the internet using a JSON report.

But, I do have Comcast Xfinity... It seems they may be a CGN?

I don’t really understand the idea that post was getting at but my Routers all use the Router IP as displayed in the article.

♂️

I’ve spent countless hours and a lot of personal tile removing my Shared Server IP Address (x10’s Server IP), stuff from blacklists and everything too to ensure my service offered from their Server to and from me is all legit.

So, I’m kinda lost.
