Please explain this in simple english

I got this in a php install instruction:

* Usage:
* Once installed, you may utilize Add_HTML_Meta_and_Title by adding the <seo title="..." metakeywords="..." metadescription="..." /> tag to articles:
* <seo title="word1 , word2" metakeywords="meta1, m2,m3" metadescription="word1, word2" />
* or if you are lazy just use the short version:
* <seo title="1 , 2" metak="m1 m2,m3" metad="word1, word2" />

It is in mediawiki but I have no idea what he mean. I understand I should put some html somewhere in articles but I don't know how and in what file. Anyone want's to try figure it out?

It sounds to me like they are telling you how to make tags for your page that people can use in Google and such search engines.
