If you read the terms, persian is not a supported language (english, spanish, and french are). As such, this is a permanent suspension with no chance of being unsuspended.

i want understand about how post by wordpress with advanced (i want create site by wordpress)
and i search in the google and i see a post about mobile
i copy it to my website and install plugin for i understand about word press plugin
but i am unlucky people because it app was paid and i put it to site(i don't understand )
then i wants create new my news website
then i start but i see :the database is 2
it is low for me for work with word press
i give a request to u for grow it
u see my website and suspend me

i just use persian language (i'm understand it is against terms of your service)
u can send to me a danger massage then i delete it
