guys need your help im just new here. my account is still active but i cant access my website over the net? is there something that i can do to restore it and keep it workin? how can i fix it? whats the reason why does this happened? pls do help me thanks.

What happens when you try to log in
eg what error message do you get?
?

Have you tried to make a page in the public-folder and reference that page from a browser addres-field
Your page need to be in the right folder in the tree-structure
