Please help!!! (403 forbidden)

Hi, can anyone help about this? any moderator or admin? I can't load my site...

It was working a while ago but now it doesn't. I didn't do anything, just when I try to load the home page ((http://iconstruct.ml <- added a parked domain)(http://iconstruct.x10.mx <- my original url)) it was like that...

The error is:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

... Please help guys, this site is my school thesis...

Try re-adding the domain.

I believe that derp part... hehe... Sorry for double posting... got a timeout when I posted that...

That domain war there yesterday and it was working fine till this morning. 2x that 403 error happened.

Reading through your forums, got my mind set on that mod_security by not being able to write codes that has an "<iframe>". I removed that on my database because it shows on my homepage as a youtube video embed, still not working a few minutes and an hour or so had past then it work again...

Can you please guide me on what I can do about this because I need that youtube video but I don't think there is no other way of embedding it on a website without putting an "<iframe>" tag... haha...

I know that you have some security issues with some of the free users, believe me, I know that feeling coz I once administer a hosting before and I was also a member here at x10 back before when corey set this up on it's first years and add some ads on free hosting before... and then I left... haha...

Now I see that corey removed the ads on it's free hosting users... good job corey! But I'm having a hard time on your mod_security...

Hope you guys can find a solution for me on this youtube video embed thing... Cheers!

both the parked domain and the main domain. Same error so I believe this has something to do on that mod_security of yours...

Now the error is back again. Seems like the error is turning on and off like a switch... haha... I will not post again about this coz you guys all know know that it's going to be back and gone again... I just hope an admin or any moderator will do something about this...

I can't believe I'm still posting... haha... Can someone please help me? I really need to finish my recommendation on my site but this 403 errors keep on going and back over and over again... Any admin or moderators there?

For the record, I am not doing anything while the errors keeps happening, (i.e. modifying codes or something). I'm just waiting for it to go okay again and just when I will try to browse a couple of pages from my site, the 403 goes back again... PLEASE HELP!

Looks like I am not alone... This one -> http://ecrimeccps.ga/ and this one -> http://etutor.x10.mx/ have the same issue as I am and when they got 403, I also got 403, so I am now convinced that this is a server-side issue. Admin and moderators, please do something about this... Really looking forward to it... Thanks...

could be you IP address is changing - are you using a "hotspot" or Proxy ?

when you site is down
your current IP address might be blocked by x10hoting's free-hosting servers
test at --> [ http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ ]

test if your IP address is on a blacklist

get your current IP address at --> [ https://www.whatismyip.com/ ]

then test it at --> [ http://www.stopforumspam.com/search ]

You've posted this on pretty much every thread that mentions a 403 so I'm going to chime in here instead of making a new thread.

I'm getting a 403. It is definitely a server side issue. I've used 6 different IPs to access, 4 of which are on stopforumspam.com

Results are absolutely the same. My site loads, even with the so called spam IP's. The files which aren't loading are the CSS/JS files which are two folders down in heirarchy. Granted, this problem is intermittent, it seems to be fixed for the time being. But I haven't removed nor edited or added any code or files within the past month. So it's my belief that this is a Server-side issue, it's a bit coincidental to think that all these errors started at roughly the same times on multiple accounts and fixed themselves.

I can deal with it, it's just rather frustrating.
