Please HELP - Emails not sending!

Emails from my site are not sending.
Please can an admin take a look.
I know my code is right as I have tested it before, recently it stopped.

Please help me.
I know why the spam emails came out. I had PHPBB forums installed but then one day I saw thousands of members and a spam bot on the site. I have closed the forum till I hear from PHPBB so please can these emails be sorted out?
