I don't have any file on my ftp called "htaccess"

You should create a new file, with Notepad++ for exemple, name it .htaccess (don't forget the dot). In that file, type :

Options +Indexes

Then, upload this file in your doomwads folder.

This is normal, if you cannot read .htaccess directly in your browser.
