Hi,

It looks like your connection is being denied by the server because you are connecting from a known spamming IP address. Your IP address is listed on the Stop Forum Spam blacklist. Do you share your connection with anyone else, or are you connecting from a VPN or proxy?

Right now im using a 4G connection using my mobile would it be possible that it would be affect? or once a open it in my home would it be have no problem? is there any solution for this one?

That could be a problem, depending on how the spam blacklist in question works. I know that Canadian users of Telus Mobile ran into a similar problem with a lot of sites because of the way Telus assigned and re-assigned IP addresses. You may have to have your 4G provider deal with the problem - don't forget to tell them where you've been listed.
