Please Help ... Lotus server error

• File or directory permissions are set too high: Files should be 0644, directories 0755.
• Problem with your .htaccess file.
• A syntax error in a CGI script.

I posted a thread earlier today with the same problem as above and my site is still
not working. I've used Filezilla to upload my "index.html" file to the server and its
permission is set to "0644" and the "public_html" folder has the permission "0750".
Also, the ".htaccess" file is empty.

Could anyone please help me with this problem?

Please clear your browser's cache. A page is showing up just fine at your site.
