I'm not intended to hurt you and if anywhere You think I'm sounding rude then I apologize for that.

(1) Rules are Rules and they have to be followed in similar fashion for everyone. You can't change it by saying Please and Sorry.

(2) They made this rules intentionally and this might be to prevent users from exploiting the rules and then creating a new account.

So it's impossible and You are wasting your time. You should test such scripts on your home server and wait for 10 days.
