On July 14 I submitted a support request which read:
"Hello, my website www.jayandmarie.x10.mx has stopped working and it says the domain is not even registered and is available for registration. Please help me get my website back as it is very important to me."
For some reason this request went straight to a forum post. (http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/129129-my-website-deleted-please-help.html). Now in my hosting account details it says that I am registered on the forum as the.john.doe201085 but I cannot login using my hosting account's password and I did not setup a separate password for the forum. How do I login to the forum? I actually asked this question in a separate support request which was also automatically posted on the forum (http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/129182-forum-password.html). Someone replied completely claiming I had logged in to the forum to post the message which was false. I cannot even reply or quote this users response because as I mentioned above I do not have a password. I'm betting this support request will also go straight to the forum. I remind you that I did not post this on the forum. I cannot even login to the forum and there isn't even a forgotten password feature so I cannot request the password which I never setup in the first place. Any help is greatly appreciated.
