---------- Post added at 10:16 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:50 PM ----------

I cannot get an account.First, I must say one word that x10hosting team is great due to you provide quality hosting. I'm so proud of you.Second, when I tried to register a free hosting account, I got a denial message. It notices me thatDue to continued abuse from your country of origin we have currently disabled signups. Please try back at a later date.I was so upset because I cannot get a account or a free hosting space.I tried to start a topic in forum, but I did not to set up a topic. Because I even have not received email from x10hosting.I do know that many abuse accounts are set up by the people coming from my country, but I do not do like that.I want to own a free web for my own blog. I promise I do not leave my web space emty and I 'll never turn against the tos.Would you please give me a chance? Many thanks!

Unfortunately, at this time there is no way to bypass the country blacklist. China has had a very abusive past with us, which means we currently aren't accepting signups from them. Should this change in the future, it would be reflected here: http://x10hosting.com/forums/useful-information/166022-country-restrictions.html#post847070

There is currently no known ETA for countries on the Blacklist to be removed, so you'd want to check back periodically. There's no way to bypass this blacklist at the moment however.

I'm very glad you would reply me,but how long shall I come back here. It seems no chance that China would remove from the blacklist as I have come here for almost three mouthes(as a guest). What shall I do? Could you please give me an accurate time?

As I said, there is no known ETA for countries on the blacklist to be removed. In China's case, China is one of two countries that have been blocked from signup for nearly as long as I've been here, so it's really unlikely it'll get unblacklisted any time soon.

So, you mean it is no time that China would be removed? You advise me to leave here because it's waste of time for waiting void.

I'm saying you can still check back, but I cannot make any guarantees or promises regarding china being unblacklisted. Sadly, we had good reason to block them.

OK, I know. You mean I still have the chance to access free space.

Thanks.

One more question. Who determines the blacklist, manager or administer? Maybe you could help me to ask him, He may know.

Thanks again!

The CEO himself, along with the past history of said country with our services. China's past history with us is what'll be making it the most difficult however.

Many thanks for your patient replies.

HA…CEO is human beings, he has emotion. I think he is kind and general. Every rules is made by man, and it might has exception. Now, as you know, I'm not an abusive user. So could you help me to ask him to break the rule, just only one exception! I have strong feeling that he must be let me go ahead only as he makes a thumbing.

Thank you very much, indeed.
