please help, my accont has been suspended

i know it suspends the account if the person hasn't logged in a week, but i have been regularly, weird thing is when i go to suspension report to unsuspend it, it won't even load the page, worse thing is when i try to login, my username and password don't work anymore, i click forgot password but it doesnt even send me a password reset email.

Mine too is suspended just for little(hours) delay inactivity and i can't handle my visitors telling me what is going on and receiving emails... that gets me so tired but my request worked but it says pending for a looong time now, also sent a ticket support but... still nothing......
all these for some hours... :-/
