Please help problem with the script .Htaccess

There was a problem after creating a file .htaccess and insert the
php_flag register_globals On

php_value error_reporting 5

On my site:
http://game.anomaliya.pcriot.com/

There is an error:
Internal Server Error

the problem is not with your htaccess, it is with the function register_globals

this function is disabled here on x10, unless you have level 3 php, I think.
