Please help,

My website is going very slow, please can you advise if this is because of been on free hosting of if this is a fault? it has only started going slow in last few days.

I just browsed to your website and it loaded fast. Could you do a ping to strensallcubs.net and post the result here? A slow website usually mean either some server problem or some connection problems to the internet. The later seems more likely.

I have tried the website from 3 PC's at diffrent locations but still get very slow response times. it seems to be ok at the moment (Sods Law) i will try a trace route & ping when i notice it going slow. does the current look ok?

I think this may be a slow response from the MYSQL as i keep getting error like the below, could anyone advise please?

jtablesession::Store Failed
DB function failed with error number 2006
MySQL server has gone away SQL=INSERT INTO `jos_session` ( `session_id`,`time`,`username`,`gid`,`guest`,`client_id` ) VALUES ( 'a2549927cd51ec18b09b132d552450c5','1260304856','','0','1','0' )

I use Jommla and 60% of the time all seems to be ok.
