Because it's a zero tolerance violation of x10hosting's terms of service that you agree to when you signed up for an account. The Illuminated and Premium hosting packages do not have this restriction, and an upgrade to those packages will get your site back. Otherwise, it's a Permanent suspension because it's not allowed in free hosting at all.
