Please I need help.
I have been trying to upload a new site for 2 days.
- I cannot get into Cpanel to upload files.'
I dont know whats going on , can any friend help me please?

Im able to get to the page where is the botton to get into Cpanel,
but I cannot get in.

Try these steps to regain access to your cPanel - it works some of the time but not all the time

1. Reset(same as it was) or change your password in the Account Portal (AP) --> https://x10hosting.com/portal/login.php
2. Wait for it to say that the change took effect
3. This is important log out of the Account Portal (AP) and log back into it
4. Wait 5 minutes (it takes time to update all the servers in the cluster) before using the blue [ Access cPanel ] button

I have been doing that all day yesterday.
I have a question - how can I delete my account?
So maybe I will create a new one.
Because I just create another account five minutes ago with another
email account I have , and it say : ..invalid email or user name...

I did it again right now .... same problem : ... cannot login to Cpanel.
I change password , log out , back , wait 10 minutes , click on Cpanel blue botton , NADA , nothing...

"Google telling me..." I assume is you Google browser

Which tells me you IP is on a firewall - for x10hosting's cPanel

Can you load (see) your site --> http://ranc.x10.bz/ in the browser - I can see it

If you can not see it - try a proxy such as http://hidemyass.com/

If you can see your site only through a proxy - you have a firewall issue

Start a new thread with the title of [ My IP is on the firewall ]

inside put --> I can not see my site in Chrome browser but can see it with a proxy
any anything else you think might help to tell staff what the issue is - and what you have done trying to fix it

BTW a title of "Please help!" is not good - it should say what the issue is - most staff look for issues they can help with - in the time they have
