Hi, My website is down all I get when browsing to it is:

Apache is functioning normally


When I login and click the cPanel button I get an error:

This site can’t be reached
x15.x10hosting.com took too long to respond.
Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Please help.

I also get this when trying to get to cPanel from https://x10hosting.com/sso/login

Sorry for missing that part of the message.

We actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days prior to purge (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when termination was made for these accounts.

Purge happened early in this month, around the 4th, so basically we're now nearly two weeks after even if one week was said to be our grace period at first.

Looks like you missed the login with a day or two in regards to the purging, but still more then the required minimum of 30 days, your last login prior to us doing a purge was on January 5th

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.

How much is it and How can I upgrade the account to remove the login requirement?

Currently the only option for that is premium hosting at: https://x10premium.com/order

Paying monthly is $6.95, but if you prepay for a longer period you get a discount.

Under addons a bit down the page you can opt to automatically have the account transferred over to premium servers.

@mjs1988p Please open a new thread if you require assistance. Additionally, you can login to your customer portal and create a support ticket if you have premium hosting. There are dedicated staff for premium and they can help faster with better tools than we can in free support.
