Please I can not login to my control panel and ftp account but I can login to the main site http://x10hosting.com so please send me the information about every thing

You can't log into your cPanel or ftp because you are currently suspended:

"Violation of x10hosting's terms of service - illegal content detected on hosting account. Details: proxies and proxy scripts are prohibited on x10hosting's servers."

This is a zero tolerance suspension. You're account will remain suspended for 10 days and then it will be terminated.
