Currently ,no hosting account is associated with your forum account.
If you ever had a hosting account and it was deleted, you must have got email to the email account you registered with.

I think my account WAA34799735 is associated with my forum account ortomed. Shown in my Account Management Panel.

If you were suspended a long time ago, you account would have been deleted after 14 days of suspension. No backups are kept.
You are welcome to sign into the Account Panel, https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php , and create a new free hosting account.
Also, this forum account is less than a day old. What was your original account?

Ok, I mean I am new user, but when a I signed up with my email info@ortomed.cl, the system said that this email is already registered. So I am new user with old email registration. I never was registered a forum account. Maybe in the past I made a incomplete registration.

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control and login, then go to http://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-signup it should link the two together.
Say:
