Please increase my resource usege - read first

my website www.lcdpsclan.x10.bz gets alot of traffic and as well i have to mod my website and as well its forums since its ran off the same database. before the resource useage changed i had no problem and now its conflicting with my members and my customers, can you please increase my resource useage or take a look at it and see if its worth increasing please

My website is ran off joomla
My forums is ran off simple machine forums

The resource limit is set to the same level as before on all free hosting accounts to ensure particular users are not monopolising more than their fair share of server resources (namely CPU and memory). If this limit is exceeded, your site will redirect to a warning page for an hour, then go back to normal. The limit is non-negotiable, and if it's becoming a regular occurrence then it could be an indication that it's time to upgrade to a more advanced hosting package such as our premium service, as your website's traffic is growing too large for the free hosting account.
