Hello! At about 8:30 pm, i logged into my account using my mobile phone. Apparently, your system saw this as a proxy. I really do not understand how this works but it wasn't intentional. Please lift the ban. Thanks.

Your account has been permanently suspended for a zero tolerance violation of x10Hosting terms of service. Proxies are not allowed at x10Hosting. Does not matter if it was intentional or not as you are fully responsible for the security and content of your own account and website and you are also fully responsible for complying with the terms of service which you agreed to when you signed up.

just a quick add:
It was not you logging in using your mobile phone that caused the account to be suspended.

It was you uploading a proxy script to your account that caused it to be permanently suspended for having a proxy.
