please let me remove all that is not propriet on my site

Linking to a known warez distribution site, zt permanent. Can\'t overlook that it has been distributing warez since at least 2008.

I will all remove and start from the begining

ZT means Zero Tolerance; per the TOS, Warez does say "includes sites that provide links to or how to's about such material," which is what you appear to have been hit for. This is permanent, and cannot be removed. I'm siding with the suspension reason as well - if the warez site you linked to has been distributing since 2008, it's kinda hard to miss that.
