Please make my website active....PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello I hate to trouble you....but I have been having some problems with my two websites that are hosted with you folks.....this is part of the free website hosting that you offer.....I have been logging into my account and received a notice that my account was unsuspended on August 28th and I was grateful....then I received a notice on September 1st and the account was suspended.....this is very confusing as I have been logging in....the two websites are www.mad45.com and www.1210records.com

I am sorry to trouble you but I have been logging into the account and in fact I did so over the weekend so I would be in good standing and now the websites are no longer active....Please help me....thank you...

I have unsuspended the Hosting Account associated with this Forum account. You could have done that yourself by going to the Account Management System at https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

I only see one domain.

If you have multiple accounts, you are in violation of x10hosting's TOS. You are only allowed one free Hosting Account, which actually allows you to host up to three separate sites by using the add-on domain feature.

Logging onto the Forum with one account does not count toward inactivity to another account of yours. Also, it is possible that your account was marked inactive before you visited but was not suspended until after your visit. Accounts marked inactive are put into a queue to be suspended which sometimes takes a few days.
