Please need help with erroneously terminated service

We had a service in the free plan of x10hosting, but since a few days ago, without any action on our part, the service appears as terminated, and we do not know the cause.

We have accessed the email account associated with the service and confirmed that it has been terminated due to inactivity.

We understand that this is our fault and apologize for the inconvenience, but please, would it be possible to recover the service, even if only temporarily? If we don’t, we are going to lose the data from our site.

You should see service active again.

As you stated the reason for this was you failed to access your account within ~60 days. We should have sent you multi emails almost 10 or so before this happened.

To prevent this issue happening again you must make sure you are following the instructions in our TOS and the emails sent regarding accessing your client dashboard. This keeps your account marked as active.

I can indeed see the service active. Thank you very much for your patience and for the second chance.

Unfortunately we have to ask you one more favor, as we still don't see that our hosted website is online. When accessing our website we get the message that the account is still suspended (see screenshot “account_suspended.jpg”). After logging into x10hosting we see the service active, but when we try to access the service control panel, we get the error that the user is disabled (see screenshot “Disabled_Account.jpg”).

Please, could you enable us again the cpanel so we can put our website back online?
