Hello,
please my account have been suspended today .I try to access forum to re-activate it but nothing happens.I also try to access my cpanel but server refuse.I can't just wait. i'am under pressure.I'am hosting our small association website on it and every body is now complaining. Please can you re-activate it for me ? please i'am asking for a favor. I know my account may be migrating. I think even if it's migrating i can have access to my files or add-on domains hosted.Please do something for me today.I will try all my best to respect your conditions from now on.

We suspend accounts for the migration.

You don't have access to your files. This is to let DNS catch up on the move before you try and access files, and end up accessing them on the old server, and not the new one.
