A lot of people have been complaining about down time... Let me tell you when somebody updates a server, it may go down...
X10 hosting is free, In Montreal the same type of plan can go for $30.00 a month, I have seen many pay hosting providers with servers going down all the time. You feel bad because you are paying for it.
