I myself have created page http://minh.exofire.net about 1 year ago but it has many time of suspension and now i cannot find any information about this page, cannot manager my owned page ( http://minh.exofire.net )
the page http://minh.exofire.net has been managed by account anhminh (but now changed to http://minh.pcriot.com ) . I will still manger http://minh.exofire.net if it do not have problem but i can't now! http://minh.exofire.net has been downed and cannot create , http://minh.exofire.net is existed.
Maybe some admin ternamite http://minh.exofire.net for me and i will re-create it.

Oh! I am sorry for that post. But i was the owner of cPanel account "minh" who manager site minh.exofire.net last 1 year. But now it is closed without any information about it. This forum account (anhminh) was associated with cPanel minh->does not exist now.

Well, as of right now - the account you are using ( anhminh ) is linked to an account.You are not allowed multiple accounts, so it may be a good thing the other account doesn't function. If you want, we can reset the password to this account and PM it to you.

What the other staff members are saying you, is that your forum account "anhminh" is currently linked to the hosting account "aminh".
You can't have multiple accounts, so if you want to open a new account you first need to request "aminh" to be terminated on the "Upgrades/Downgrades/Changes" section.
After doing this, you can create a new hosting account.
