You were suspended because a shell script was found in your account.
The files in your account is your responsibility, no one else should have been given access to the account.
The suspension is permanent, which means nothing will be done to the account, and eventually it will be removed from the system (which will be in no less then 14d ays - but could very well be a few months - after suspension date).
Opening more tickets about the same problem, will not do you any good at all.
