Please delete /user/mikgop and re-create it. BTW, is there an automatic way I could do this myself?

The only way to reset an account is for it to be terminated then you to sign-up again.
I can terminated your account, but before I do: Have you got a backup of any files because they will all be deleted?

Yes I backed up the files. I would like to change my subdomain (from xxx.x10hosting.com to yyy.x10hosting.com). Can I do that without terminating my account?
