The site was made only on Firefox and looks good on firefox but messes up on IE

I live in Aus so I probably won't use the system, but I would say that the template looks quite good, but perhaps a little bit too simple and squarely defined, the links up the top for example could be formatted differently to make your site look more professional.

You also have 93 html errors, but congrats on having no css errors.

Why move it up? On 800x600 Screen resultion its located right under the nav bar and does not require you to scroll down at all to see it. Theres nothing that I have read that says it has to be at the very top of the page! It just has to be seen with out scrolling down. If a mod could review it and tell me if it has to be moved up that would be great but until a mod or admin tells me other wise I like it where it is.

Also regarding the comment about no CSS errors thats because I am not using CSS at all for my site design. I have the different parts made into blocks that are then included in my php as include files. That way its easy to update since I have smaller blocks of code to worry about. One of my biggest problems I have had with site design is finding a way to update the site quickly and easily. Also having include files let me include parts on more then one page with out having to code it all over again.
