The design is good and i see that you have a lot of good stuff on it 
I would suggest to move the bottom advert from google to the top (the 468x60 one), this way you can gain more profit form the website

The design and theme are excellent!I really liked the color scheme and sleekness of your website.
I saw that there was some empty space below the 'Our Friends' section.
You could probably list in there your popular posts and articles , or links to your articles.
