I like the layout and the design of your site. I would recommend using a CDN like CloudFlare or Incapsula. Also, your navigation bar mouse-over-color is kinda hard to read.

Nice simple layout - perhaps too grey for my taste so some more colour could help. And I agree about the navigation mouse-over text being hard to read.
