Well the layout looks really clean so good,but it could be a little bit boring in this black/white theme

The theme's a bit boring, try looking for a better template... there are tons of portfolio templates. But i like it Also the text/copyright at the bottom needs to be a bit bigger.

The Idea of placing the images is good. But the way of presentation that means the looks and navigation is not good.

Change the template as told by the Awesomexr

I like it because it's neat, clean and simple. It's also functional. Sure you could probably spice it up a bit, but I wouldn't make wholesale changes personally.
