Too many ads in my opinion. Distracts from your content. I realize ads are one way to make money online but they should not take focus away from your website.

I have to agree with Carl, it's really hypocritical to say your going to be explaining how to earn money and then plastering your site with ads; this does nothing but say you don't think you're earning enough from the site.
Also, your articles could really do with some relevant images or something to provide some breaks in the text, perhaps even video tutorials.

If you wanted to follow up with the suggestion to add images to your posts, a wordpress plugin that i use and would recommend is photo dropper

It's quick and easy to add images using it.

As far as a review of your site goes, i think it looks fine, and the information is easy to understand.

I agree to carl too, too many ads, I'm distracted.. but, It's good.. the info and all! ^^

Drop back to using only one sidebar. I never could stand 2-sidebar Wordpress themes.
