I have recently made a website. It does not have a domain (yet), but I am working on it. If it gets popular, I may add a domain.

Nice Site.
You need a co.cc domain.
A .tk domain is faster.
Site speeds are average at 0.9kb per sec.
You might need plugins to speed up the phpbb site.
The theme is the culprit.Hence some kind of css compress plugin is needed to speed up.Also the favicon is missing.The site looks professional but it lacks a favicon and a toplevel domain.

The theme is rather nice, the problem is getting users. There are a ton of gaming type websites, so getting a userbase will be rather difficult.
