The red outlined area, is the area that is blank when it could be filled with text (to the left). Fix this and I have no complaints. Also, I really like the website, it is really good.

well at my time it is showing unable to connect to database.

just try to reinstall joomla or under phpmy admin tab, try to create and add new users n grant them all privileges to the relevant database

Looks like it got deleted and moved to the root. And hasn't been installed to the root either. Might wanna fix that

Appearance is fine. Not entirely clear about the purpose / theme of the website.
